After School Program

2017-2018 School Year Information:
Last year, the After School Program serviced 62 students with 55 students attending more than 30 days. Of the students that attended, 35% were minority, and 53% qualified for the National School Lunch Program.
Student scholarships were awarded to 4 students.
The After School Program is a safe learning environment where every student gets a snack, time to engage with peers, tutoring/homework time and academic enrichment activities.
Fee's and Center Hours
Payments are due at the beginning of each quarter:
- $60 quarterly
- $30 quarterly (for student receiving free or reduced meals)
Annual discount rate:
- $220
- $100 (for student receiving free or reduced meals)
- Must be paid by 10/1/2018
- No refunds
Academic achievement is vital to our program
Our program runs from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm on Monday through Thursday.
Students are required to stay at the program until 4:50 pm.
Pick-up time is from 4:50 pm to 5:30 pm.
Exceptions will be made, but you must notify the Director 2 days prior.
Please be prompt picking your child up by the closing time.
Please call (715) 682-7827 ext 3013 or text (715) 292-2037 if your child can not attend on a registered day.
If your child misses five or more registered days, a call to confirm your intentions to remain in the program will go home.
If there is no response your child's space may be assigned to a child on the waiting list.
Transportation
An evening bus is available at Lake Superior Elementary for students who live between 17th Avenue West and 28th Avenue East.
