The Facilities & Grounds Department is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of the District's four schools, the District Office and other various buildings with more than 600,00 square feet of floor space and multiple outdoor spaces. The department is made up of three areas of responsibility: 

  • Central Maintenance: mechanical maintenance services
  • Custodial Services: cleaning of all facilities
  • District Safety & Security: assessment and control of OSHA regulated physical hazards, fire and life safety corrections, hazardous waste remediation and disposal, regulatory trainings and record keeping
