SDA Facility Use Guidelines
**The following need to be completed prior to entering reservations:**
Step 1: You need to first register to become a user of our facilities
(instructions below- please skip if you are an approved requester)
Step 2: Complete the following form: https://forms.gle/ujbKVtY7tHeJoETS8
Step 3: Review Open Scheduling Period at the bottom of this doc
Step 4: Enter your reservation requests per the Open Scheduling Period dates -early entries will not be reviewed or approved-
Step 1: How to register instructions:
- Register here and follow instructions on the left side of the scrolling page: https://fs-ashland.rschooltoday.com/
- You will receive an email after you “Request to be a user”
- Complete the information in the email (check junk/spam if not received)
- Once completed, you will receive a notification if your account is approved or denied
- Once approved, you will receive another email notification
- You may now make a reservation for a requested space
All reservations are entered by the requester of the facilities. The Director of Facility Use does not enter in reservations or scan the calendar for available dates. This is at the discretion of the requester.
All reservations must be made at least 5 business days in advance- NO EXCEPTIONS.
At least 60 business days in advance for a large event requiring custodial, IT or maintenance needs. Facilities may not be used until approved and an in-person meeting is scheduled to provide a key card (if during non-operational hours with custodial present)

- Invoices can’t be sent until the last date of the reservation has occurred; this can be expected within 2 weeks after your reservation
- For reservations requiring a key, an in-person meeting is required prior to use of the facility
Step 3: Open Scheduling Period:
