New teachers are required to attend 4 of the New Teacher Support Seminars or complete the Alternative Support Seminars.
Mentee-Mentor Support Seminar Alternative 1 - Mentee and Mentor meet for an hour and 15 minutes (or more) to collaborate on a specific topic of the mentee’s choice.
Mentee-Mentor Support Seminar Alternative 2 - Professional Development - New teacher (mentee) attends a professional development opportunity and shares with mentor.
