• Welcome Staff!

Thank you for all that you do to support our students, families, teachers, administrators and each other.  Your work is critical to our success.  Everything you do, from keeping our buildings clean and safe to working directly with students or parents and everything between, is important to our success.

At the School District of Ashland, we are working to “Inspire and Empower ALL Students to Succeed Through Innovative Learning.” To accomplish this vision, we are providing the most effective instruction coupled with a respectful learning environment. Every student has gifts - we get to know and care about our students to help them recognize their gifts and learn to nurture them.

Our teachers, administrators, and support staff are committed to providing all students with a high quality education through:  proven instructional practices, social emotional supports, instructional technology, beautiful and engaging learning spaces, and collaborative and responsive partnerships with students and parents.

Loan Forgiveness and Cancellation Programs for Educators

Each year, the U.S. Department of Education announces the low-income schools and teacher shortage areas approved as eligible for loan forgiveness and cancellation for the current school year. This could be important to teachers who have Federal Stafford or Federal Supplemental loans, or Federal Perkins Loans.

     NBPTS scholarships available for educators

Teachers interested in becoming National Board Certified Teachers are encouraged to learn about possible funding to offset the cost of the certification process through the National Board Scholarship Program (most funding is area specific, but there are programs for Wisconsin educators.)
