Sports registrations are all done online! Click the link to begin! Fill out all of the questions and submit! 

Along with registering, make sure your child has had a physical. The form is found in the registration and must be signed and dated by a health care professional. 

If you want to include any medical concerns, do so on your self-examination form before the child's physical. This will ensure we have a record. Also, reach out to your children's coach and let them know about any concerns you have. 

Once the form has been signed and dated by a health care professional, upload it to your online registration. If you are unable to upload, you can drop off the paper copy at the High School Office. 

Once you have registered and supplied a signed physical, your child is able to participate unless told otherwise by the coach. It is our goal to add sports fees by the first date of competition. This fee can be found on your Skyward Family Access. If the fee is not paid by the due date, your child will no longer be able to participate until the fee has been paid.
